The Immune Shield Theory

Partnering with UCSF to explore how glioblastoma uses Galectin-3 to evade the immune system, converting immunologically 'cold' tumors into 'hot' ones.

Breaking the T-Cell Barrier

Gal-3 creates a barrier preventing T-cells from entering tumors. TB006 is designed to dismantle this barrier and enhance immune infiltration.

Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common malignant brain tumor in adults and remains highly challenging to treat. Standard therapies, including radiation and chemotherapy (temozolomide, TMZ), often face resistance, leading to poor outcomes.

IIT Clinical Trial

Conducting an Investigator-Initiated clinical trial in recurrent GBM patients to assess TB006 tumor penetration, Gal-3 modulation, safety, tolerability, and early efficacy.

Parkinson’s Disease

While the exact cause of Parkinson's disease remains unknown, it is believed to involve a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Current treatments primarily focus on managing symptoms and improving quality of life, using medications, physical therapy, and in some cases, surgical interventions.
