Single B-cell Technology

Isolation of Single B-cells:

We use thorough and optimized sorting methods to isolate single B-cells from immunized mice in an antigen-selective manner. FACS in particular allows for choice in the specific mAbs recovered.

Single B-cell Antibody Sequencing and expression:

Through single-cell cDNA synthesis, we amplify variable antibody gene transcripts. We then use plasmid-free systems (i.e. linear cassettes) for efficient expression of mAbs.

Screening of Antibodies:

We express, purify, and test the reactivity and biophysical characteristics of produced mAbs to select those that are suitable for your specific research or therapeutic needs.
